Then come our lovingly prepared FIRST COURSES:
Homemade fettuccine with white ragù and juniper powder
Artichoke lasagnetta with pecorino matru cream
Followed by a MAIN COURSE, your choice of:
Tender lamb with vignarola and potato cream
Slow-cooked pork shoulder with potato and Jerusalem artichoke cream
All crowned with our pastry chef’s Christmas desserts, paired with wines from our selection.
