Chickpea soup with rosemary aroma

FIRST COURSERS:

Lasagna with sausage ragù, asparagus and béchamel
“Pizzicotti alla Sabinese” (water and flour gnocchetti with tomato sauce and olives)
MAIN COURSE:
Roasted suckling pig glazed with its jus and rustic rosemary potatoes
