Starter: Pumpkin flan with Parmesan sauce
First course: Pumpkin-filled ravioli with butter, rosemary, and chestnuts
Main course: Braised beef in Montepulciano red wine with pumpkin and rosemary cream, served with roasted potatoes
Dessert: Soft chestnut cake with a pumpkin and cinnamon heart
Water, selected house wine, bread, coffee, and digestif included

🎨 MORNING ACTIVITIES – Start at 11:00 AM
Workshop for children and adults:
🍂 The kids will set off with two entertainers for a walk through the farm trails, collecting natural materials.
🎨 Creative crafts using what they’ve gathered in the woods.
🖼️ Exhibition of the children’s creations, open for parents to admire, followed by the delivery of participation certificates.
⚠️ (The workshop requires booking and will be confirmed with a minimum of 10 children. Cost: €10 per child)

My background is in anthropology — I study popular traditions and tell stories about real life.
One day, I met a little donkey, also from Sabina, and began writing and publishing fairy tales about him.
