🥖 APPETIZER: Selection of cured meats and cheeses with three organic vegetables from our garden
🍝 FIRST COURSE: Homemade tonnarelli pasta with white meat ragù and a hint of thyme
🍖 SECOND COURSE: Pork roast with apples and Calvados sauce, oven-baked potatoes, and tangy broccoli
🍰 DESSERT: Selection of homemade tarts

🕚 11:00 AM: Welcome for parents and children with an introduction to the day’s activities
📖 11:15 AM: Donkey adventure readings with Flavia Braconi, author of the series “Le orecchie di Fabio e altre dicerie”
🐴 12:15 PM: Meet and care for the farm’s donkeys with the pack donkey technique, guided by Valentina Valente
🍽️ 1:00 PM: Lunch break – a time for sharing and relaxation
🏆 2:30 PM: Presentation of “Little Donkey Keeper” certificates to the children, joined by their parents
👋 3:00 PM: Farewell and closing of the event

Flavia
My name is Flavia Braconi, and I’m proudly from Sabina.
My background is in anthropology — I study popular traditions and tell stories about real life.
One day, I met a little donkey, also from Sabina, and began writing and publishing fairy tales about him.
Tired of being called “stupid,” he and his farm friends fight against prejudice, and in each adventure, they take on an important mission — including finding a way to save none other than… Spring itself!
Valentina
I’m Valentina Valente, a lifelong lover of nature and animals.
Over the years, my studies and experiences have led me to specialize in outdoor and animal-assisted activities for children.
I’m a scientific entertainer, a countryside equestrian technician specialized in donkeys, and a coordinator of animal-assisted educational programs.
